How long history is kept

Free keeps 30 days, Pro keeps a year, and Enterprise keeps 7 years — longer than any OSHA lookback reaches.

If you may ever need to demonstrate conditions from a past summer, retention is the setting that decides whether you can. An OSHA question can arrive well over a year after the shift it concerns, and history that has aged out cannot be reconstructed.

Changing plan does not delete anything immediately. For 90 days after a downgrade or a cancellation, your history is kept at the retention you had before — the exact date is shown on the Subscription panel in Settings. Only after it passes does anything beyond the new plan's limit begin ageing out. That window exists because a downgrade can be a mis-click, and a cancellation can be a card that expired while somebody was away; neither should cost a compliance record.

A payment problem never shortens retention at all. An account in grace or frozen for non-payment keeps the plan it was on, so nothing ages out early over an outstanding invoice.

Exporting periodically is a reasonable belt-and-braces habit on the shorter plans.
