OSHA reports

Exportable heat records per store for a date range, built from readings that were never editable.

OSHA's heat guidance expects an employer to know the conditions their people work in and to act on them. A report answers both halves: what the conditions were, and what happened when they crossed a threshold.

  • Scope it: the whole organization, a region, a market, or hand-picked stores. You can only report on stores you can see.
  • Pick the period, and the report type: a full per-unit appendix, an executive summary alone, or exceptions only — per-unit detail just for units that reached Extreme Caution or Danger or crossed a threshold.
  • Optionally add a cover statement. It prints verbatim on its own page, attributed to your company and marked as separate from the measured data — your words, never ours.
  • The report covers the measured conditions over that period, the levels reached, and the threshold crossings. Only readings attributable to each store are included, from the moment the unit was assigned there.

Reports generate on demand and nothing is stored, so running several variations — the two-page executive summary for a meeting, the one-store full report for an inspector — costs nothing.

The property that makes the report worth anything: readings cannot be edited or deleted, by you or by us. A correction is a new flagged entry alongside the original, never a replacement. A record you could quietly rewrite would prove nothing to an inspector.
