There is one search, and it covers both halves of any question: what something means, and where to do it. Searching "mute" returns the article explaining maintenance mute and a direct link to the page where you set one.
- Type the words you'd actually say — "why didn't I get a text", "vacation", "wrong store" all find the right article.
- Results are ranked, and each one shows the sentence that matched so you can tell at a glance whether it's the one you want.
- A search is in the URL, so you can send a colleague the exact answer you found.
Most pages also carry a small ? beside their heading, which opens help already scoped to that feature — useful when you're mid-task and don't want to compose a search.
You'll only ever see articles relevant to what your access level can do, so nothing here describes a door you can't open. If something genuinely isn't covered, tell us and we'll write it.
