My details is the page to open when something about how you're contacted looks wrong. It shows three things, and you can change the first two yourself.
- How to reach you — your name, email and mobile. Alerts go to these, so keep at least one.
- When to interrupt you — channels, and the lowest heat level worth a message. Your role sets the limits; everything it leaves open is your choice.
- Your stores — the list you're responsible for, and a way to report it if something's wrong.
If no alert could currently reach you — text alerts switched on with no mobile number, say — the page says so in red at the top. That situation fails silently otherwise: nothing bounces, no error appears, and you would simply never hear from us.
Where a control is fixed rather than yours, it's shown fixed with the reason. A role can require a channel or a minimum level so the person with the most responsibility can't quietly opt out of the alert that matters most.
